The University of Idaho's esports department competes in the National Association of Collegiate Esports (NACE) with teams participating in League of Legends, Over watch, Rocket League, and Valorant

Robert Morris University

In 2014, Robert Morris University became the first institution in the US to provide scholarships to League of Legends players, establishing the school's varsity eSports Gaming programme. RMU has grown into a powerhouse by becoming one of the first to accept eSports as a varsity programme

Interestingly, Harrisburg's esports programme is the university's first and only varsity sport. The programme, known as the Harrisburg University Storm features teams for League of Legends, Over watch, and Hearthstone.
